She
served as a Captain in the United States Air Force JAG Corps, where
she assisted hundreds of active duty and retired military
service-members and their families with their estate planning needs.
She is a Washington Certified Public Guardian, a member of the Board of Directors for the CARE Partnership. She also is volunteer veteran service officer at the Chapter 9 (Port Angeles) Disabled American Veterans office.
She is a member of the Elder Law, Real Estate, Probate and Trust sections
of the Washington State and American Bar Associations (ABA). She
is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA),
the Veterans for Peace, and an accomplished harpist.
